THE CHAPEL WOOMBYE

The Chapel was built on the site of Cobb’s Camp stables and officially opened on 12 December 1912.

It became the Woombye Uniting Church on 22 June 1977. Recently renovated by Coast Church and is ready for weddings!

What we love about The Chapel is it’s location. Woombye has some beautiful surroundings for photos. Just driving around the area really inspires me with it’s old town charm.

It is only 15 mins from beautiful beaches and close to other venues that you can have your reception at.

After you say “i do” you can spend the time on the lawn area chatting with your loved ones and have a few refreshments. The Chapel is really what you make of it!

THE LAKEHOUSE SUNSHINE COAST

Family owned and run, multi-award winning Kombi Celebrations has one of Australia’s largest VW Kombi fleets for hire, offering a jelly-bean colour palette of VW split-screen kombi’s for hire for special occasions.

Brian’s passion for photographing people with raw beautiful film with his beloved medium format cameras is one of many things that sets him apart from the crowd and gives his photography a beautiful timeless feel.

This guy loves what he does and never settles for second best when it comes to getting amazing images of his couples. His combination of fine art and editorial style has us constantly crying out for more!

She draws inspiration by the combination of nature and the lens, exposing the wonder within nature. This fascination with shifts in perspectives, explains her attachment to the mediums of photography and video.

Both mediums are used to represent reality yet simultaneously have the ability to undermine this visual ‘reality’ by using in-camera techniques and minimal post-production. It’s all about appreciating the very real environment we live in and the magic of the optical instrument at capturing these elements in a unique but very real way.

Hello May is the brainchild of editor and design lover Emma and designer and stationery lover Sophie. The creation of Hello May came about for one very simple reason. There’s a hell of a lot of awesomely talented and insanely creative people out there working to make the quirks of your wedding day every bit as unique, fun, and inspiring as you imagine it to be – these incredible ladies wanted to connect all those wonderful wedding vendors with inspired brides and grooms-to-be.

LUKE GOING PHOTOGRAPHY

Luke Going is an incredible wedding photographer who’s interest in photography began in the dark room at high school, almost 20 years ago.

After leaving school he realised his dream of working for National Geographic, traversing the globe, photographing the people of this planet.

Wedding photography proved to draw all the elements he loved in photography together – journalism, fashion, art and portraiture – and through this he formed his own incredible way of documenting these amazing events.

After beginning to shoot weddings on a regular basis Luke became more and more aware of what an incredible privilege it is to be witnessing such celebration, such devotion, and such emotion as regularly as he did.
