Wishling & Co sprung from a life long passion for graphic design and a love for creating stunning parties for her children. Her aim was always to knock guests socks off with visual masterpieces and as a perfectionist at heart, detail is owner Tanya’s speciality.

Creating the most gorgeous laser cut custom-made cake toppers and special occasion pieces from acrylic and wood, Wishling & Co’s creative possibilities are endless.

HANGING PRETTY

Gorgeous flowers that never wilt, yes they most definitely do exist and they’ll be on show at The Gold Coast Wedding Festival! Hanging Pretty create custom handmade prettiness for weddings, photo-shoots, fairs, boutiques and children’s rooms.

Although their range is limitless Hanging Pretty are well known for their custom handmade paper flowers, designer garlands, paper chandeliers and backdrops.

The wedding industry is ever evolving and you can choose to either let that scare you or excite you! That aspect alone made Mikaela from Three Stone Gold Wedding & Events fall in love with the industry in its entirety.

Three Stone Gold prides themselves in always being at the forefront of wedding trends and loves testing the limits and setting new benchmarks within the industry. The intimate approach they take to styling your wedding ensures that no two weddings will look the same and will be a true and beautiful reflection of the couples unique personality. They offer a range of different DIY elements including florals, cake, bonbonnieres and decor pieces that come in boxes with all the equipment and instructions you need to create your wedding yourself!

GATHERING EVENTS

Mobile caravan bars are our favourite not only are they adorable but terribly convenient for events of all sizes!

Gathering Events all started with husband and wife duo who had a passion for events, the open road and good old-fashioned customer service!

And after 12 months of designing and renovating Gathering Events was born! Their vintage caravan bar is the true life of the party and is available for hire for events of all sizes from garden parties and hens nights through to engagement parties and weddings! Their qualified and charming bar attendants can serve bubbles, wines, beers, iced refreshments, tea and even cocktails.

From the basic two-hour beverage package through to the ultimate styling package, which decks out the bar with a gorgeous floral garland they have everyone covered!

We adore letterpress, and feel as if it adds that extra bit of luxury to any piece of stationery! It goes beyond the sense of sight and allows you to touch and feel an invitation! After all what’s more intimate than inviting someone to watch you commit yourself to the love of your life!

YESTERDAY CREATIVE

Brisbane based Yesterday Creative melds old school letterpress print with gorgeous graphic design to create stunning stationery and one-of-a-kind custom wedding suites. They are the newly launched event stationery arm to sister studio Creative Emporium.

Yesterday Creative allows a love of letterpress to be a part of not only your big day but daily life as well through their amazing new range of notebooks, cards and prints.

ARCTIC FOX HIRE

If you are looking to pump your special day full of rustic character and beautiful one off pieces of furniture or even a custom piece, look no further than Arctic Fox Hire.

These guys are based on the Gold Coast and offer hiring services from Byron Bay to the Sunshine Coast. Their inventory includes so many amazing pieces from locally made handcrafted recycled timber furniture to gorgeous gold vessels and cut glass decanters.

THE VINTAGE WAGEN

You can’t entrust just any old car to deliver you to your big day! But you can most definitely trust the guys from Vintage Wagen! Arrive in classic coastal style with ‘Rusty’ a 1964 split screen VW Kombi that has been lovingly & immaculately restored, she can fit most bridal parties with a capacity of 8! Covering Byron to Brisbane they have many flexible options to suit your day! She comes with all the trimmings decked out in ribbons and flowers. With owners that are well adjusted to the wedding industry you can’t go wrong!

CHASE THE SUN DESIGNS

Put a piece of chalk or a calligraphy pen in this ladies hand and she’s right at home! Justine from Chase The Sun Designs is an absolute magician when it comes to whipping up a show stopping chalkboard or a stunning stationery suite! Not only is she incredibly talented but super bubbly and friendly! You’re going to want to stop by this ladies stall first of all to meet her and second of all to take home a lovingly crafted postcard she’ll be giving away for free!

We LOVE photo booths so much so that you’ll definitely find AT LEAST one at each of our fairs!
They’re perfect to catch those hilarious moments and those sneaky kisses!
It allows your guests to take home a little piece of your special day with them! And for you to further capture your special day, I mean is there really such a thing as too many photos? I think not!

These guys take photo booths to the next level with their gorgeous backdrops and stunning lighting!

These guys live to bridge the gap between the online and offline worlds with their live Instagram printer and real time feed you can count on Social Playground to bring your event to life!

Maybe I’m a flower addict but to me flowers can evoke so much emotion! Whether it’s the colour of the flowers or the particular flowers themselves. Sunflowers make you feel happy and red roses make you think of romance and passion!

Florists now have the world at their feet when it comes to working with flowers whether they’re making a bouquet, a flower crown, a posie or a hanging floral arrangement. (Yes, those are quite common these days and are STUNNING)

SKELETON LEAF

One of our favourite florists is Skeleton & Leaf this talented lady not only does weddings and photoshoots on a regular basis but runs two retail stores on the Gold Coast but despite her crazy schedule she still manages to blow us away with some gorgeous, unique arrangements.
