Originating from Italy, new owners Fran and Simon are seasoned professionals in the hospitality industry, with Simon a trained chef and Fran an experienced restaurant manager. These two are making waves on the coast with their authentic menu and amazing service.

The only food truck of its kind on the Sunshine Coast, Maribelle’s offer different menu choices for any occasion, ranging from Italian antipasto platters, cheese and fruit platters, canapes and even a buffet and restaurant style option for the couple looking for a sit-down feast.
